AVENTURA, Fla. – Privé Developers, LLC, led by co-developers BH3 and Gary Cohen as Principal, celebrated the groundbreaking of Privé at Island Estates with a ceremony and private reception on Friday, June 26. Notables in attendance to commemorate construction of the project – ranked No. 14 on Elite Traveler’s “Most Desired Ultra-Luxury Residential Developments in the World” (and No. 1 in Florida) – included renowned architects Seiger Suarez; interior designer Steven G.
“This is a major achievement for us in bringing the project to fruition and the development team could not be more excited,” said co-developer Daniel Lebensohn. “We are moving full speed ahead, with more than $20 million in sales throughout the last quarter of 2015.”
Groundbreaking marks the latest of several advancements for developers of the one-of-a-kind, Miami luxury real estate project located on South Florida’s last private island. Construction has progressed into its second month, led by Suffolk Construction as the project’s General Contractor.
