With Just 10 Months to Go, Sales Are Hotter Than Ever on South Florida’s Last Private Island
With Privé at Island Estates rapidly taking shape on its private island in the Aventura Intracoastal, interest in the project has grown even more intense. July was one of the busiest months on record for sales of the 160 super-luxe residences being built in two, 16-story towers on the 8-acre private island.
Five residences were sold between July 1 and July 31, including two Penthouses and one double-size residence from the Reserve Collection. Sales for the month came to $20 million, lifting Privé’s total sales since December to a staggering $90 million.
Privé has sold more than $300 million of residences to date, including $50 million in Penthouses, making it one of the hottest selling luxury projects in all of South Florida.
Privé buyers can look forward to enjoying the island’s many acres of outdoor amenities, including a half-acre pool deck with two oversized swimming pools and a poolside café; a lighted, waterfront tennis court; a jogging trail and a private marina that accommodates yachts up to 150 feet in length. No less impressive are the 70,000 square feet of indoor amenities, which include a two-story, 10,000-square- foot gym and spa in each tower.

With both of Privé’s 16-story towers topping off this month and glass installation already up to the 11th floor on both towers, sales are expected to continue increasing as the property quickly approaches scheduled completion just 10 months from now.
