Since receiving its initial building permit on March 30th. Prive is now entering its third month of construction. which commenced in April with the demolition of the sales gallery. Since April. the 8-acre island has been leveled to working grade and a substantial portion of the foundation piles have been installed. Construction continues at full steam with estimated delivery in the second quarter of 2017.
