Photo Gallery: VanDutch Yachts & Privé at Island Estates Cocktail Reception
As Privé at Island Estates nears its summer opening date, a select group of soon-to-be residents and their guests gathered Thursday, May 18 for an elegant waterfront reception with cocktails and light bites. The highlight of this intimate event was a chance to privately experience the latest vessels from luxury yacht-builder, VanDutch.
Guests mingled as they toured 20 to 55-foot yachts against a dramatic backdrop of the sun setting between Privé’s two stunning towers.
Privé is an ultra-exclusive luxury community set on an eight-acre private island—the last of its kind in South Florida. The island offers five-star resort-style amenities with 70,000 square feet of public space, including a 360-degree running path, outdoor summer kitchens and dining terraces, a private beach, a pier, two expansive lap pools and a private marina. Yachting is at the heart of the Privé lifestyle, with a private 48-slip marina just for residents that can accommodate vessels up to 135 feet.
Each tower at Privé boasts 10,000 square feet of amenities, including a waterfront, two-story fitness center and state-of-the art spa with steam room and sauna, children’s playroom, social entertainment rooms, private dining rooms, library, wine room, cigar room, business meeting centers, dog grooming salon, design-your-own hobby rooms and more. All communal spaces feature original works commissioned from major artists and curated by Kipton Cronkite, creating an elevated, one-of-a-kind atmosphere.
Privé’s limited collection of multimillion-dollar residences are the result of its superstar team, including developers Gary Cohen and BH3’s Greg Freedman, Daniel Lebensohn and Charles Phelan; the celebrated architecture firm Sieger-Suarez; and communal spaces conceived by Interiors by Steven G.
Select residences still available, starting at $2.2 million.
