Three more residences – including a Penthouse – now off the market
It may be the middle of low season here in South Florida, but sales at Privé remain sky-high. In the past few weeks, our broker team closed major deals on three of our development’s most prized residences. We’re just weeks from opening and global interest in Privé continues to grow.
A buyer from Fort Lauderdale recently closed on one of our Penthouses. Part of our B Collection, this lavish residence boasts 4,446 square feet of interior space and over 2,500 square feet of terrace.
