The most highly anticipated model residence of the season is unveiled in an entrancing new video released by Privé at Island Estates, where closings are scheduled to begin in July.
With construction of the building’s structure and exteriors complete, the team from Suffolk Construction has moved indoors to begin realizing the design visions of the developer and interior design consultant Interiors by Steven G. Among the first spaces to be fully completed, this 4,000-square-foot, four-bedroom model residence wraps around the southern end of the northernmost tower of the two-tower development, with a 270º view panorama.
Utilizing dramatic drone footage, the video takes the viewer from outside, soaring over the Intracoastal Waterway toward Privé before alighting on the unit’s east-facing terrace and moving inside for a room-by-room tour.
First, savor the plush spaces of the enormous, flow-through Great Room, with water views to the east and west through 10-foot window walls at either end. The stunning, open kitchen is a highly functioning work of art. Surrounding the main space are three gracious bedroom suites, each with terrace access and their own lavish in-suite bath. As lead designer for Interiors by Steven G, Julia Chi directed the interior design for all the common areas at Privé, including this model residence. Her foundation of beige, cream and white in soft-contours is punctuated with highly reflective and metallic accents throughout. On the walls, a curated selection of fine, contemporary art has been selected by Privé’s in-house art consultant and private curator, Kipton Cronkite.
Perhaps most stunning of all are the home’s outdoor spaces, sweeping, 10-foot-deep terraces that extend the full length of the residence, on both the east and west. The west terrace faces the towers of Aventura and Hollywood over the bay. The east terrace, with its outdoor, summer kitchen, commands an epic view of the bay and Intracoastal, the Sunny Isles Beach skyline, and the Atlantic Ocean.
