The City of Aventura has officially approved the preliminary site plan for South Florida’s last private island. The eight-acre island in Aventura’s Intracoastal Waterway will be home to Privé Island Residences. In two 16-story towers, Privé will offer a combined total of 160 ultra luxurious, ocean-view condominiums.
