Privé Receives Preliminary Site Plan Approval From City of Aventura

 AVENTURA, FL – October 31, 2013 – Privé Developers, LLC, led by co-developers BH3 and Gary Cohen as Principal, are proud to announce receipt of Preliminary Site Plan Approval from the City of Aventura for Privé. The certification marks the latest advancement in the development of the one-of-a-kind, luxury real estate project – set on South Florida’s last buildable private island – slated for completion in mid-2016.

Designed by renowned architects Sieger Suarez, Privé’s twin towers will rise 16-stories above the exclusive, eight-acre north island located between Williams Island and Sunny Isles Beach. A total of 160 ultra-luxury residences range in size from 2,585 square feet to more than 9,000 square feet in select penthouse units.
